This is a role to lead UX design across Marker Learning’s full SaaS platform simplifying and elevating end-to-end workflows for school psychologists, administrators, and district leaders, who are expert users performing sensitive, high-stakes evaluations. You’ll work on report authoring, AI-driven tools, admin dashboards, and compliance workflows. As a senior IC, you’ll lead cross-functional projects while remaining hands-on with design and discovery.

As the Director, Product Design, you will help define and drive the future of Rockbot product design and user research efforts. You'll identify opportunities, collaborate on product strategy, and empower teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible. A passionate leader and research practitioner, you will bring your expertise to evolve the design & research process, evaluate and refine tools and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.
